I made some baby shower invites for a friend as a gift to her. I think they came out lovely! There is a lot of distressing which, I love. The "N" stands for Nolan, the new addition that's coming in the begininng of May!

My first double slider card!

I tried to make this card about 2 months ago and failed miserably! I thought it was so very confusing. Well, yesterday, I didn't to give it another try but with a different "teacher". It did take me longer than the average Joe but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty simple. I love the concept of the double slider card!

Now, when the top ribbon (white) is pulled......

An upper panel and a lower panel (I have blocked out the message that I wrote) pop out!

How cool is that!?

Friend to Friend

I made this for a special friend of mine! I used this fabulous paper that I received from another friend. The paper is from SEI! LOVE IT! The stamps are from the Joann's $1 bin. I used the poorman's copic (Bic and Sharpies), flowers and flat back pearls. The card is 5.5 x 5.5!

Love is in the air!

I have have been a busy little beaver. I made 54 treats for my boys' classes for Valentines.
I made "sour cream containers". They are super-duper easy to do! Filled them with Hersey's Kisses and called it good!
